Novice class

Designed to gently introduce you to the foundational principles of Pilates. Whether you're new to exercise or looking to refine your technique, this class offers a supportive environment to improve strength, flexibility, and posture.
During this session, we will focus on fundamental Pilates movements and breathing techniques to enhance body awareness and control. You can expect a series of gentle exercises aimed at activating core muscles, improving alignment, and promoting overall well-being.
No prior experience is necessary, and all fitness levels are welcome. Our instructor will guide you through each exercise with modifications to ensure everyone can participate comfortably.
